Grass Valley PTA works for the health, safety, and education of the children in the home, school, and community.
Membership Service Fees:
The membership service fees of the Grass Valley PTA shall be set yearly by the Executive Board. The fees are $10 for a single membership and $10 for an additional adult membership in the same household.
Elected Officers:
The Elected Officers of this PTA shall be: President, Co-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Fund Raising Chair. Any elected position, other than Treasurer, may be held jointly by two (2) people. Each co-position holder shall be entitled to voice and vote at all Board of Directors’ meetings. The Elected Officers are considered the Executive Board.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors includes all Elected Officers and Chairpersons of the following committees: Newsletter, Membership, Spirit Wear, Volunteer Coordinator and Staff Liaison. All of the PTA Board Members MUST be current PTA members. Two (2) people may hold all Chairmanships jointly. Each co-position holder shall be entitled to voice and vote at a Board of Director’s meeting.
